FilaFlexible55 –Flexible 3D Printing Filament

FilaFlexible Filaments are flexible and rubber-like material developed by Filatech for special engineering purposes where superior properties are needed compare to other flexible filaments like TPU or TPE

Compare to normal flexible filaments (TPU or TPE based Filaments), FilaFlexible has higher resilience (more rubber-like), better performance in wide range of temperature, easier and more stable printing, higher chemical resistance and UV resistance.

FilaFlexible Filaments are high performance engineering compound filaments which have both properties of rubbers and engineering plastics.

FilaFlexible Filaments are available in three different grades according to their hardness FilaFlexible30, FilaFlexible40 and FilaFlexible55.

FilaFlexible withstands up to 50 oC of working temperature for the softer grade FilaFlexible30 and up to 105 oC of working temperature for the hardest grade FilaFlexible55.

FilaPLA – FILATECH HEAVY DUTY POLYLACTIC ACID FILAMENT
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is one of the two most commonly used desktop 3D printing filaments (with the other being ABS filament). It is the "default" recommended material for many desktop 3D printers, and with good reason - PLA is useful in a broad range of printing applications, has the virtue of being both odorless and low-warp, and does not require a heated bed.
Beside all good properties of PLA filaments, like superb printing quality and easiest print setup, there are some downsides as well. PLA has almost the least temperature resistance and low toughness compare to other filaments. It starts deforming above 60 oC and it is also brittle with low toughness.
FilaPLA is PLA-based copolymer. FilaPLA filaments have been developed by our engineers at Filatech to overcome the weaknesses of the normal PLA by combining the toughness of ABS and temperature resistance of PC with the advantages of normal PLA
FilaPLA is very easy to print, heated bed is not necessary and depending to the design of the printing parts, it might be needed up to 50 oC just like normal PLA.
FilaPLA withstands up to 100 oC of working temperature (20 oC higher than ABS) and it’s much tougher than normal PLA.
Our FilaPLA filaments for 3D Printing are available in a wide range of colors in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameter.

FilaTough – Unbreakable Heat Resistant 3D Printing Filament

In most of the engineering projects having such properties like mechanical strength, toughness, flexibility, temperature resistance and chemical resistance is very essential. It’s very hard to get all these properties in one material and most of the filaments which they can provide such extreme characteristics are usually hard to print and in most of the cases they need special setup in your printer like high temperature extruder, high temperature heated bed, environment-controlled printing and remarkably low printing speeds. And all these will result consuming more time and energy and higher maintenance and lower productivity.

Our goal at Filatech was to bring the most wanted engineering properties in one material which can be easily printed like PLA and ABS with no special print setup requirements, such properties like excellent performance in wide range of temperature up to 130 oC which is comparable with PC along with a perfect balance between hardness and flexibility to achieve an unbreakable material for your engineering projects. This all came into one product branded as FilaTough.

FilaTough is an engineering compound filament which provides high toughness, excellent balance between hardness and flexibility, superior high temperature resistance and high chemical resistance to a wide range of the chemicals.

FilaTough doesn’t need any special setup in your 3D printer or any environment-controlled printing.

FilaTough withstands up to 130 oC of working temperature (similar to PC) with superior high impact resistance which makes it unbreakable material.

FilaTough does not contain hazardous chemicals like Styrene which is in ABS or Bisphenol in PC.
