BT Touch is a type of semiconductor hall sensor and is an electronic component for 3D Printers. a precisely measures the tilt of the bed surface. It could work with any kinds of bed materials, such as glasses, woods, metals, and so on.

BLTouch is fulfilled with simple structure and high precision by using progressively designed solenoid and hall sensors. It aims for user convenience and enjoyable printing by adding many smart functions, such as self-test, alarm, alarm release & Touch Switch mode, Blue LED for servo signal indicating, and Z-probe(Zmin) Testing.

Wash (clean models)

Simply place your finished model in the provided container filled with a cleaning agent (e.g. resin cleaner) and start the convenient washing process.

For customers who have an LD-002R / LD-002H printer, there is an additional feature! The platform can be removed directly from the LD-002R / LD-002H and placed on the Wash & Cure machine to avoid contact with uncured resin as much as possible. In addition, the height of the holder is adjustable so that you don’t have to fill the container completely.

After the cleaning process, you can simply close the container and keep it for the next wash.

The UW-01 has a very large washing container with which you can also clean larger models.

Cure (post-curing)

After the washing process, the product can be switched to UV curing. With numerous 385nm and 405nm wavelength UV lights, you can cure the finished model quickly and easily!

A rotating platform ensures a 360 ° UV treatment so that your work of art is cured from all angles.

Ease of use and security

The touch button enables very simple operation. This allows you to easily switch between wash and cure mode. Optionally, you can also set the time and speed, how long and how fast the machine should wash or cure.

The special cover filters the UV light and prevents possible damage from the UV light. The product is also equipped with a safety function that automatically switches off the UV lights when you remove the cover.

2K Monochrome LCD

The LD-002H has a 6-inch monochrome LCD display. With this new technology, the LD-002H creates unbelievable printing speeds, so that it only needs 1-4 seconds per layer – compared to conventional LCD 3D printers with 7-8 seconds per layer.

The monochrome LCD is also thermally stable and has a much longer lifespan than conventional LCD displays. You can print over 2000 hours with it!

Improved exposure unit

The LD-002H has a new integrated UV exposure unit with stronger transmission for better exposure. A stable exposure also ensures a higher success rate.

Stable Z-axis

The printer has a stable linear rail for high precision.
